• Our credit terms are 30 days from invoice date.
• Prices do not include any EMC approvals or CE safety tests.
• The approvals are a requirement for you to sell the items by law. (Demonstration units are allowed)
• Whilst we endeavour to make the above supplied equipment as free from programming errors (bugs) and component failures as is practically possible, we do not guarantee that it will function correctly in all possible modes of use. Neither Quality Electronic Designs, employees or sub-contractors of, shall be liable for consequential damages or costs of any kind whatsoever arising out of the use of the product. Our maximum liability in any situation whatsoever shall be the price paid by the customer for the product. We strongly recommend you thoroughly test the product in your customer’s application prior to committing to large scale production of any kind.
